Clarification: " The figures included in the consolidated financial statements of Mexichem, S.A.B. de C.V. on March 31, 2007 from the foreign subsidiaries, Group Amanco and Petrochemical Colombian, acquired in February and March, 2007, respectively, were converted to Mexican pesos taking in consideration that the principles and account policies followed by these companies are different from the Mexican Procedure of Financial Information, therefore we are in process of adapting the information to the Mexican procedure and estimate that there must not be significant variations. "
