2003
December. One of the most significant events of this year was the acquisition of 43.36% of the stockholders’ equity of Mexichem -a subsidiary of the Group dedicated to manufacture products of the Chlorine-Vinyl Chain. The representatives of Grupo Industrial Camesa and the French conglomerate TOTAL negotiated an agreement which made it possible to acquire this stock.
