October. The shareholders of Grupo Industrial Camesa, S.A. de C.V. and Grupo Empresarial Privado Mexicano, S.A. de C.V. decided to merge the two companies, with Camesa as the merger. This gave Camesa a 50.4% stockholding of Mexichem.
